Recalling a Manufactured Job

You can recall a manufactured job that is in progress. You can then amend the job (including posting materials and labour), delete it, or re-save it as required.

You can also load completed manufactured jobs, as long as you have not set the Department master file to automatically delete them on completion (refer to "Adding a New Department").

1. Select TRANSACTIONS | MANUFACTURED JOB.

Micronet displays the Enter Manufactured Job screen.

2. Select LOAD JOB.

Micronet displays the Job Selection screen.

3. If required, you can filter the jobs by Job No, Item or Job Status.

Micronet displays the jobs matching your criteria at the bottom of the screen.

4. Double-click on the job you want to load, or select a job and press the Enter key.

Micronet redisplays the Enter Manufactured Job screen with the job header details.

5. Continue processing the job by completing the steps required in the "Manufactured Jobs Overview".
